Josepha is a senior lawyer and team leader overseeing all legal aspects of our German operations.
She oversees the legal team responsible for supporting growth activities, including provides legal support on organic growth opportunities and project development as well as inorganic M&A opportunities. She also oversees the corporate governance and compliance framework within Germany.
Formerly, Josepha was a Senior Lawyer at Linklaters, one of the pre-eminent law firms in German Renewable Energy M&A, and has worked with, and been trained by, some of the leading names in the German Renewable Energy industry over the last 20 years.
Josepha holds a law degree from the Freie Universität Berlin.
